Linda Filteau

Principal & Junior High Teacher (Philippians 4:13)

Linda joined TSCA at its inception in 1999: then teaching Kindergarten and later the Junior High grades. Prior to her role at TSCA, Linda spent 6 years teaching Junior High French at St. James School in Danielson, CT. In 2005, Linda received a Master's Degree in Christian Education from Baptist Bible College of Pennsylvania. Linda currently serves as Principal of TSCA with over 18 years of experience in Education.

Monica Cannistraci

Kindergarten Teacher (Psalm 46:10)

Monica started with TSCA at its inception in 1999. She is a graduate of Bob Jones University in Greenville, SC with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Music. Monica has several years of experience teaching in Christian schools at various levels including Administration. She has been teaching private music lessons for over twelve years and home-schooling her own children for the past three years. Monica has a total of 5 years in Christian School Education.

Delcia Edwards

1st & 2nd Grade Teacher (1 Peter 5:7)

Delcia joined TSCA in 2005. She currently holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from BayPath College (graduating Magna Cum Laude) and is now working on a Master's Degree in Special Education: Moderate Disabilities. Delcia has a total of 6 years in Christian School Education.

Kristen Griffiths

Volunteer Physical Education Teacher (1 Timothy 4:12)

Kristen joined TSCA in 2010 to work with the four and five year old Kindergarten students. She is currently working on a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education via Southeastern University in Florida. Kristen has a total of 4 years in Christian School Education.

Alan Law

7th & 8th Grade Teacher (John 1:12)

Alan has been with TSCA since its inception in 1999. He obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology (a minor in Biblical Studies) from Gordon College in Wenham, MA and holds a Secondary English Certification through the State of Rhode Island by way of Rhode Island College. Alan is currently working on a Master's Degree in Counseling via Liberty University.

During the summer months, Alan has worked with young children for a total of 6 years as Director and Camp Counselor at the Aldersgate Camp in Gloucester, RI.

Alan has a total of 11 years in Christian School Education.

Sharon Stone

5th & 6th Grade Teacher (Psalm 37:3,4)

Sharon joined TSCA in 2011. She currently holds a CT Teaching Certificate in Early Childhood, Elementary, and Special Education and has Life Licenses in both Michigan and Wisconsin. Sharon has 10 years experience in Minnesota working in a Christian Early Childhood Program and has taught youth via the Faith Fireworks Program in Minneapolis' inner city. Sharon has been involved with teaching Sunday school and Christian Summer Camp in Wisconsin, and in recent years, she has been teaching full-time in the Thompson School System in CT. Sharon has a total of 10 years experience in Christian School Education.

Patricia Waterman

1st - 4th Grade Volunteer Classroom Aide (John 14:12)

Patricia has volunteered her time assisting with the elementary students at TSCA since the spring of 2010. She has completed a host of courses both in Math and Psychology at Rhode Island College. Patricia is also a registered Paraprofessional in CT, MA and RI.

Carol Zachara

3rd & 4th Grade Teacher (Romans 8:1-4)

Carol joined TSCA in 2001 as a volunteer classroom aide and became a regular part of the Faculty in 2005. Carol has the equivalent of an Associate's Degree in General Studies and has attended a number of ACSI seminars, staff development training sessions, and a number of teacher training courses and workshops. Carol has a total of 9 years in Christian School Education.
